Conditions of stay:
· Payments strictly cash or bank guaranteed cheque paid in advance. No deposits refunded
· The owner & their representatives do not hold themselves responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, possessions or any personal injuries of any nature.
· We are not responsible for any theft to vehicles or from any vehicles or trailer. Please remove all items from vehicles.
· Units are be serviced three times per week, i.e. Mon,Wed,Fri but excluding public holidays
· No loud noise. No parties
· No visitors overnight or after 10:00pm, unless paid for.
· Please Note:
· Wash your own Dishes
· Place the flat keys in the key safe before your departure.
· Adhere to the new Smoking laws
· Book out by 10 am
· Person signing this form will be held responsible for payment
· Person signing this form is responsible for any damages.
· Only one car per flat
